Update to Oxford API V2 #171

This should solve the Deprecation issue in #170

I will say that I have not yet tested this.

As the world's single slowest maintainer (sorry) I looked into this and the oxford API doesn't seem to have a free tier, which makes me want to find a cost-free way to do dictionary searches - I think that's why I didn't merge it in the first place but I should have said something
