Able to set end date time before start end date #18

Setting the end date/time before start date/time should not be valid, but this is executable in the app.

This could cause an occasional inconvenience to users, because they may accidentally input the end date that occurs a start date. To resolve this issue, the two dates could be compared to ensure that the end date proceeds the start date.
