Is it possible to use text prompts like "Make letter A from stones/wood/grass/etc." just like we're communicating with ChatGPT

Natural language is not supported by the default models, but you might have luck with https://civitai.com/models/238116/opendalle, which claims it can do these things. IMHO this still doesn't work very well.
