[Feature Request]: Erase tool in the inpainting menu #2979

Is there an existing issue for this?

What would your feature do?

A simple tool to erase select area's when inpainting. For example if you made a mistake. Instead of redoing the entire selection.

Proposed workflow

  1. Import an image for inpaint.
  2. Paint an image.
  3. Select the eraser tool.
  4. Erase mistakes
