It seems forge is abandoned by author.

Switch your Forge to Dev 2 instead of Main since illya has been working on something else his private Projects etc for a Long while so its better to Switch your Forge version to Dev 2 https://github.com/lllyasviel/stable-diffusion-webui-forge/discussions/705 thats the discussion to opt for Dev 2 etc or wait until illya comes back which could take a While its entirely up to you
