[Feature Request]: SVD supports text to video #748

What would your feature do ?

make SVD supports text to video

Proposed workflow

  1. go to text to video tab
  2. input prompt with no picture
  3. generate video

Second that, but also with an uploaded image. Set the length (seconds) too.

Can SVD support txt to video? I don't think so. If not, it's not a "forge" problem.
