Also experiencing this. It seems to get worse the longer the window/tab is open.
same issue
One of the extensions is causing the issue. Upon disabling all extensions, the issue is gone. Will keep investigating to find out which one.
I'm fairly sure that the culprit is the CivitAI Browser+ plugin. Something in the plugin is triggering a JavaScript warning loop that, over time, slows down the frontend. Disabling it seems to fix the issue.

Do you mean this plugin? https://github.com/civitai/sd_civitai_extension
It seems it isn't just that extension either. I don't have it, and I have UI lagging as well after this update. I do have a few other extensions, might try disabling those and see if it fixes it or not when I have the time.

I'm referring to https://github.com/BlafKing/sd-civitai-browser-plus
However, @Nyksia 's comment makes me think that it's a Gradio 4.4.0 compatibility issue within the extensions themselves, and not SD Forge. If you have any extensions that rely on earlier versions of gradio, it's best you disable them for now until they're updated.
I can confirm that turning off sd-webui-civbrowser definitely made the UI faster.
After updating forge to 1.10, I experienced a delay when writing prompts and using other UI elements such as moving the sampling steps amount slider.
