Grantapher/ValheimPlus re-release of 0.9.9.13 #613

Since there's likely more people puzzled by this: the 0.9.9.13 tag has been re-released, but with version texts containing 0.9.9.14.

So even if you add -e VALHEIM_PLUS_RELEASE=tags/0.9.9.13, then the internal version info contains 0.9.9.14.

Just redownload the WindowsClient.zip (etc) for your own valheim client, extract as usual, and you'll be all set!

This will persist until a release of tags/0.9.9.14 is done.

Can confirm fixed, the 0.9.9.13 is working again (download new zip if you already moved to the .14 one)
