Must enable crossplay for PC Game Pass support #620

This stumped me for hours, I'm playing Valheim on PC using Xbox PC Game Pass, and it turns out you have to have crossplay enabled for the server to show up. Consider making -e SERVER_ARGS="-crossplay" included in the example
