I am trying to create the server in an Azure Container, but I have problems at the time of activating the plugins.
If I create the server with the plugins deactivated the server is created without problem, but when I try to create it with the plugins, I have the following message and it stays all the time in "Valheim Server is not yet downloaded - waiting".
