Make `Grantapher/ValheimPlus` the default Valheim Plus repository #659

Since https://github.com/valheimPlus/ValheimPlus has been abandoned for a while and https://github.com/Grantapher/ValheimPlus has provided stable updates, it is becoming the new default Valheim Plus repository.
