Switch HTML Dump to Show ms Instead of Samples #44

I realized that the milliseconds value is just the samples divided by 1,000,000, but I still think that it is much more intuitive to have the web UI show the milliseconds.

Resolves #43.

Hi @TyOverby , it seems not in 0.2.2, I really like this feature. Currently, I need use git dependency for it.
