  1. @llorracc it seems like a revision suggested by Rowan in PR #1 wasn't implemented before merging. I have made this change.
  2. I removed the .docx file as it was out of date with the edits that were in the .md file and should not be relied on as a source of truth.

Let me know if you have any thoughts on these that you want to discuss.
