Add #mozilla-taiwan to the list of channels #23

Hello lloyd,

May we request one more channel to get on irc.mozilla.org? The #mozilla-taiwan channel for the Mozilla Taiwan Office and MozTW community. It shouldn't take up much bandwidth as compared to #developers and #bugzilla, although I hope it gets bigger :p

Thanks so much (and I see ircloggr in the channgel), but why for some reason I don't see the channel appear on http://beta.irclog.gr/ ?

sorry, it's on http://irclog.gr - old beta has moved to production and now the beta environment is a proper testing ground
