unable to delete completey #286

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. deleted dokan using window uninstaller and tried to download latest version 
but it keeps telling me to delete old version and restart system

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
trying to install 0.06.0

window 7 ultimate
