Removed README reference to crash reporting #20

Small change to cut out the now confusing part about crash reports.

I still have access to crash reports through the Google Play developer console (and there's no way to turn this off), so it's still important to mention this in the project tenets.

Do you have an idea or recommendation as to how to change the wording so it a) does not look adverserial to you and b) still warns the user that nationstates.net employs GA? I took my best shot at it, so I'd like to hear some feedback :)

Other options include: 1) F-Droid patch to hide registration or apply this patch here 2) Again, two build flavours (could just hide the button or show the warning shown here) 3) A fork I am responsible for updating, with this patch applied

I would prefer a solution which would go closest to mainline, to avoid doubling maintenance. The upper optionsall require extra work, so let's try to fix the wording, because I frankly do not see the adverserial nature of it at the moment.
