Help estimate replicates needed for a good experiment #25

Help calculate if more biological replicates or technical replicates are needed. Following this: https://www.nature.com/articles/nmeth.3091 Given the number of samples see if it is better to use more technical replicates and more biological replicates and suggest it for replicates

I read in more detail the article linked and they don't propose any method to suggest technical (TR) or biological replication (BR). Just that some variables' variance should be controlled by TR and others by BR. It might be enough to describe/document it in the help page of replicates.
