Explain sequencing

At least a brief introduction about primers, amplification, library generation... It is kind of basic but it is important later for the discussion on microbiota and comparing multiple microbiome datasets (V1 vs V3-V4..., ASV vs OTUs)...

Also it might be interesting to have on writing how the human mRNA is sequenced (selection, primers...)

Already sent without this section... I might need to add it later or maybe it is not so important to include on the introduction. At least a sentence and some references with pointers about how to do that...
