How to Launch The Program? #142

I feel like an idiot asking this, and I am relatively new to all this.

But how do you even launch this program?

The user-guide makes reference to two different executable files, one for GUI and the other for command lines. There are zero executable files in the "waifu2x-caffe-master" folder I downloaded. I don't even see any executable files in the github's breakdown of the folder. I have .png's and .ico's for the executable, but no actual .exe.

You should download the binaries via the release page, not the entire repository.
