@felixfrischeisen you shouldn't upload files like this through github as it makes version control a lot harder. I'll make sure to implement your suggestions in another commit on monday though, so they will get added to this pullrequest

@felixfrischeisen I've merged some of your proposals, however I also left out some, since they were spelled wrong or use a too abstract word (Magnify -> Magnifizierung. This is a word not commonly used. Vergrößern has the same meaning and is actively used by native speakers).

You also sometimes decided to translate some strings differently than the OS would ("Cancel" -> "Abbruch", even though Windows uses "Abbrechen", same with "Browse" and "Suchen", even though every OS uses "Durchsuchen" for such an action).

In general, your sentence structure seems to be a mix between English and German, for example you never use constructed words ("ganze Zahl" rather than "Ganzzahl"). You also had some strings you translated incorrectly (MessagecuDNNOK "cuDNN can be used" -> "cuDNN konnte nicht benutzt werden" and since the messages get displayed before cuDNN is used, you need to use the current timeform not the past).

@Electron-x thanks for the review and conversations, I gotta admit some strings were really weirdly translated. Feel free to add suggestions if you notice similar issues, I'll make sure to approve them right away so they get automatically changed in this PR
