Fix missing "Terra Sinus" scenario #50

Terra Sinus was missing, so I have found it, fixed it and am now requesting to add it back to CM.

Thanks. Is the scenario actually playable like this? Is it fun to play? I think we moved Sinus out because it was "yet another" scenario with no distinguishing features other than a more-or-less nicely drawn map.

As I said, it's fixed and runs. However, there's no game target (I don't know which one was originally intended, but some random one can be added). The terrain is somewhat interesting, and I find it's at least worthy of inserting back to fix the missing scenario number 2 which has been bothering many people including me.

Hi, now in 2021, I just made it playable with fun, Rules and the missing game target. You can just download it from CCAN https://ccan.de/cgi-bin/ccan/ccan-view.pl?a=view&i=6358&3f=1

I think now it is fully playable and could be released in the original Paket, but after a half of year waiting until Luchs doing it, I just released it by myself on CCAN. You can play it now :) 👍
