It sounds like there's one problem of people not being aware of office hours, but I also wonder if people are intimidated about joining. If this is indeed a problem, I’d wondered about some kind “what you can expect from office hours” that reflects that different hosts might handle them in different ways but gives a little more colour beyond what is on the website already. Maybe even a "how I used office hours (and other LLVM resources) to get involved in LLVM" might be an interesting blog to arrange we could link to.
