Populate index page #83

This pr attempt to fix #30 by merging feature's tab with the index page. As suggested by https://github.com/llvm/clangd-www/issues/30#issuecomment-1532132597 You can preview this page at: https://celadon-croquembouche-1f991f.netlify.app/

I think just pasting features as-is is not optimal, but I don't work on clangd full-time anymore and I'd suggest asking @kadircet, @sam-mccall, @hokein or someone from the team (maybe in LLVM Discord or here).
