I would like to try #38 as a way to decide on this proposal.

Yes, I would oder 1 amd64 and 2 ARM machines to cover both architectures.

Concerning buildbots on RISC-V: In case you want to do it cloud-style, feel free to copy from our Kubernetes setup: https://github.com/llvm/llvm-zorg/tree/main/buildbot/google
