This is a proposal to be discussed in the IWG. I would like to use this to start the discussion. If having such a document does not help us, we'll just drop it.
In the previous months we've been discussion potential topics on a by case basis also with significant disagreements on what the working group should (not) be addressing.
I created this document as I think this might help us align on what topics we want to work on. This should also help us manage the expectations of the working group memebers, community members and the LLVM board.
As we are an open source project I think it is improtant for all of us to be able to align our own goals (and/or the organisation we're working for) with that of the working group. If we can't align these, it will be hard to find people motivated to work on these topics.
