This is a proposal for a series for RFCs around using clang-format and clang-tidy, our own static analysis tools, in the LLVM monorepo.

I'd be happy to hear the working group's thougts. Does that make sense? Should be be going in that direction? Should we (as working group) run these RFCs by the community?

This is not only an infrastructure issue, it would also impact policies and workflows. So it's unclear if this is within the scope of our group.
