You're using clang 14 as well, we only support the current major version, i.e. clang 17. Can you try a more recent version?

Turned out for me, it was an error on my CPU that failed when running many threads at the same time, which it did when compiling. Replacing my CPU fixed it for me.

I bought it last year, so It's sad if an CPU error :(
@tbaederr @KulitorumWork Maybe resolved. Firstly, I checked my CPU(i9-13900K) by Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and all tests passed. After that, I noticed my CPU temperature was too high when build. (90℃~100℃) So I restricted cpu's power to 85% with Intel XTU and it worked. CPU temperature was below 80℃ when build succeeded.
Idk why only Emscripten build happen a CPU temperature problem, but I solved it for me anyway.
Interesting. FYI, I got my CPU replaced under warranty.
