录制视频失败 #1

在录制rtsp视频时，录制视频失败，录制的视频无法打开

注意参数设置，还有停止录制时视频的尾有没有写进文件，视频文件写入时，先写头，再写内容（音频+视频）、再写尾，如果没有尾是播不了的发自网易邮箱大师在2017年09月12日 16:36，Ziggs 写道：在录制rtsp视频时，录制视频失败，录制的视频无法打开
