Update allometry equations #3

Current ED has two sets of allometry equations for evergreen (ie North America spruce) and all other non-evergreen plants (incl. trees and grasses). However, allometry may vary with location, at least, to assess the applicability of NA spruce on the global boreal forest is still necessary.

A simple experiment was conducted before which changed the maximum dbh of es, ms and ls to 200, then compare the time series of height. I found even change maximum dbh, the maximum tree heigh could only reach 13.24 m at around 20th year. Before the 20th year, the height distribution and composition in the modified version and original one are exactly same. I think maybe there is something wrong with reading the maximum dbh threshold from cfg file. The file name of this experiment are singleSite_oriHite & singleSite_modiHite
