The pull request is adding AppStream metadata file, so that Fedora Media Writer can appear in GNOME Software and other AppStream-based catalogs. Besides the metadata file itself, I'm also adding two screenshots (please edit URLs to the screenshots in the appdata file according to the final location of the screenshots, so that catalog can retrieve them any time). I've also edited the spec file to install the appdata file during app installation.
