isSubscriber as well as isSubscribed are now functional and tested. Moved the first API requests to seperate package and classes to clear up the channel class.

Ignore the hosting thing. I will throw it out again soon in the commits where I create the polling for onLive and onFollow as it only works when the bot uses the streamer account in the streamer chat which is not the intended behaviour.

For now I am just glad that those methods work :)
