As per https://cloud.google.com/free/docs/free-cloud-features

Your Free Trial credits apply to all Google Cloud resources, including Google Maps Platform usage, but with the following exceptions:

You can't add GPUs to your VM instances.

Possibly can use a TPU which should be adequate for this task.

I have 'activated' my account. However there is a quota message: image

I have requested more quota however Google denied this request. image

I will wait 48hrs and request again.
