[geography] is undocumented #148

After not having had a close look at beastling in a while, I decided to try to give phylogeography a whirl today and was surprised that I could not find any traces of it in the documentation.

It just took me quite a while to figure out that monophyly_newick is not a shortcut to drop a modified glottolog tree in, but actually the complete desired Newick tree structure to be used for monophyly, just like the name does actually imply. I should really start to write the documentation for this once I have a working example or two.
