Judging from the coverage report (https://codecov.io/gh/lmaurits/BEASTling/src/develop/beastling/configuration.py#L445 etc.), we currently have no tests that run path sampling. In addition to plain beastrun tests, it might be useful to write a test that checks the logfiles generated.
