Should __distribution__ be a property of all clocks? #257

[S]hould __distribution__ be a property of all clocks? I would have expected it in the random clocks only. Is this necessary for the subclass/registration magic?

The attribute was added to beastling/clocks/baseclock.py in #248 and it definitely works that way, but I wonder whether that is how it should be solved.
