Sort trees by taking into account accented characters #77

Now labels beginning by "é" are at the end of tree

BTW the sorting of the tree is not the same as the sorting of the table. eg. "législation" is displayed at the end of the L letter in the tree but properly displayed at LE order when ordering the table
