No Pre-trained model for axon segmentation #4

Hi, I tried your pipeline on Jupyter Notebook, and on the "Data Preparation and Axon Segmentation" step, I can't run the code for the whole brain segmentation part, beacause there is no pre-trained model in the given folders in the Github.

Is it normal ? Is it possible to get your pre-trained model ? I want to test your code with your data to know if your pipeline works in my case.
