[Feature request] Types of "damage type icons" #18

The "Disable vanilla damage type icons" affects both "incoming Damage" and "Outgoing Damage". It would be nice to be able to disable "incoming Damage" and "Outgoing Damage" separately, because I want to display only the icons for the damage type that I myself receive.
