Small song name fixes #62

Making a few (English) titles better match their orchestrion rolls. Mostly capitalization.

Hey, the CSV file in the repo is just a backup in case Google Sheets can't be accessed.

Google Sheets doesn't seem to offer the Suggest Edits function in the same way that Google Docs does.

Do you just want comments instead?
