Meeting Agenda 04-08

Hey guys! Here's the meeting agenda for today! We rescheduled for Wednesday today.

Meeting Agenda:

• Coordinates
  • I finished mine. @smdunn921, @amberpeddicord?
  • Last time I checked, Shannon didn't do them. For everyone, I need them this weekend.
• Time Stamps
  • I did an outlined time stamps for episode 5,7,9, and put time stamps on episode 1,2.
  • I'm going to help with this, so don't worry!
  • Last timestamp: timestamp="2004-01-10T00:01:45"
• Schematron
  • Someone added Schematron to the episodes, so while I don't know who that was, good job and thanks!
  • @amberpeddicord Is blue bad??
• Project Checkpoint 5
  • I will be making an issue this week describing project checkpoint 5.
  • Presentation? Depending on when our next meeting is, we might want to plan out the presentation.
• Next Meeting: Monday? If not, how realistic is a Tuesday meeting? I don't want to wait until Wednesday.

Realistically, the timestamps will probably take most of the meeting.

If we have time:

• If we don't reach these topics, I'll post more in either the project checkpoint 5 issue or meeting notes.
  • Map - QGIS (@frabbitry I would like your help with it. Something's not right, but for the first time, XQuery won't yell at me what's wrong.)
  • Network Analysis
  • SVG (Shannon has an idea)

As you can see, it's mostly the same agenda as our last couple of meetings. The focus right now is getting the data needed for the map, and wrapping other topics we were discussing. The next meeting will be the website. I know Shannon is consistently working on the website, so feel free to keep doing that, just most of the next meeting will be getting stuff on the site, seeing what we did/didn't do, and getting the presentation ready. Dr. B still hasn't mentioned the presentations, so I don't know when it will be, but I'm planning to have us prepared by Wednesday.

!! Having us prepared doesn't mean the website will be done; it's being prepared for presentations !!

• Don't stress about not getting everything done; it's so that we have something to present. Projects are due April 23rd @11:59pm!
• The goal for the presentation is a map up, Amber's Network Analysis up, and the SVG.

for your schematron question: blue isn't bad-- i think it was Dr. B who actually set it up like that but those are info ones. You can have different colors to come up meaning different things apparently; cool right?! so they just let you know what a person's preceding movement number was. they turn red if a character has two of the same move numbers.

for your meeting question, i'm good with a monday or tuesday meeting
