Stream Plugin activity being displayed in the following list #146

Development team needs to remove the code that adds group stream plugin activities to group followers' following lists. There were a couple of locations where group activities could be created, and they both would then add the activity to all members' following list. it was removed where you type activities in the group; but not when those activities were entered by stream plugins

This items has passed testing and will be deployed with .9.1 release
