Resolve pefile Issue

Changelog:

• remove launchpad version of pefile (via apt repo)
• include newer version of pefile (via pip package manager)

I've also updated the Dockerfile on DockerHub (i.e. https://hub.docker.com/r/wzod/laikaboss/ ) to reflect the changes.
