Using CentOS 7.3 minimal install, I updated the "Installing on CentOS" section of the README as required to get Laika Boss working correctly.

@Langhorne it looks like you pulled in a lot more changes than you intended. (new modules, etc)

I'm going to close this. Please open up another pull request with just the changes to the install instructions.
