view sequence无法打开 #25

你好！ krait1.3.3版本，我用的windows软件界面。可以查找SSRs cSSRs iSSRs，但是得到的结果按照您发布的gif动画点击view sequence 无响应 。且mapping出现了错误图1，primer出现了错误图2。请问这三个问题如何解决呢？（图三是我的文件夹 第3个是我输入的fasta文件，第6个是mapping的软件） 20221209_145013 20221209_145114 20221209_145316

Thank you for reporting this issue. I found the error caused by the third-party package. I will fix it as soon as possible.

您好 请问我需要怎么做呢？我今早在原版本1.3.3操作仍然遇到上述问题。

You can download the version of 1.4.0 and install it, and delete the previous generated file GWHAAAC00000000.genome.fasta.fxi.

非常感激！我下载新版本后点击view sequence 和primer成功响应并成功啦！但是我点击mapping后选择文件夹中的 GWHAAAC00000000.gff.gz时仍报错如下图，尝试了几次没有解决，请再帮忙看看。 3486b4881ae681f958cb0d4f6add0d0
