notice "Try increasing the refresh interva" #375

The dashboard still notice: "！Loading cluster information is taking too long. Try increasing the refresh interval" I have set index.refresh_interval: 30s in elasitcsearch.yml why?

@marsty this just means increase the update interval in kopf, in the cog wheel on the right hand side of the navbar :)
