What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installing media streamer
2.Unistalling Media Streamer
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Install/Unistall without giving any error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Media Streamer 8.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.
System Detail
OS:- windows server 2008 R2
Processor:- Intel Core 2 Quad @ 2.66 GHz
RAM:- 2 GB
