  1. 配置ssl证书之后出现了“ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR” 解决办法：
  2. chrome://net-internals/#hsts => Domain Security Policy
  3. Delete domain security policies => 输入localhost
  4. 输入https://localhost 然后删除
