Reverts lmk123/oh-my-wechat#91

微信小助手已经将 2.3.8 的版本发布名称改为了以小写 v 开头的 v2.8.3，为了最快速解决 i 标识在 macOS 10.15 及以下版本中不可用的问题，我准备回退这个 PR 并给 omw 发布一个新版本。

最好的解决办法见 #101
