I'd like to email the data from the backend to our user but I'm afraid it may be too time-consuming and impractical to set up an imtp server. I'll mess around with the idea in the first for this task.

It seems that this task will need to be changed up a bit, email won't be any trouble to setup using gmail accounts, however the more pressing issue which has been presented from my research this week and getting the config from OSTicket to the backend. This task is going to be postponed and for the remainder of this project I'll be working on syncing up osticket with my utility running on the backend.
