Tie up all loose ends from the rest of the sprints.

Just figured out why wireguard was changing the allowed ips address around on me a remediated it.

Fixed an issue with cron job where it wasn't executing often enough, changed the time/date section to be all *s so it will run every minute

holy smokes I just found a way to input config to wireguard through the script so it's now fully automated
